a week and a bit to go
a week and a bit till we are supposed to hand in our MPhil dissertation
a week to go till they kick us out of Hughes Hall
a month a bit till I am supposed to be back in Tokyo
a few days till I should start planning what to do
things I could do
- go to Africa
- learn a language (Chinese, Spanish, Turkish etc....)
- learn an instrument (practice piano with increased fervor: jazz, gershwin's rhapsody in blue or Mussorgsky's pictures at an exhibition )
- learn to fly an aeroplane, ride a motorcycle
- fall madly in love
- just survive
